Lamb Chop

This weekend abah bought some 'Lamb Chop' type of meat so Abah said he is going to cook Lamb Chop for dinner. But then he said he's not going to cook it the night that we bought the meat because we were eating The Yameni Kabshah but we didn't cook it the night after and the next night afterthat night... At last, Abah told me that he's going to cook Lamb Chop that night... I was so excited...

Kabshah a.k.a trying new pressure cooker...

Today we went shopping at ASDA.. We bought the marinated chicken from the halal section in ASDA. Abah said that he is going to cook it for lunch... He never said he was going to cook Kabshah. But when I smelt something very nice like Kabshah, so I went to the kitchen and saw Abah using the new pressure cooker and I thought there is only one use for the pressure cooker(I think)cooking Kabshah... It smelt so nice...

Pizza... ^_^...

..Before..

...After 2 minutes...

Today back from school I saw a huge piece of dough on the table. I don't know what ummi was planning to do until Atiq whispered at me "pizza, tu pizza" then I knew it. I asked Ummi if it was true and Ummi said yes and she said that I make her promise to me that she will do the pizza. So excited.. For the toppings we put pepperoni(salami), some pineapples, capsicum, a soup of sauce and cheese(of course)... We were all so excited that we just focus on the pizza making. When it was ready to go in the oven we all waited patiently for the pizza to cook. After 20 minutes, the pizza was ready. The result is so ...^_^... I can't describe it with words.

...Seabream...

This morning Abah said that he bought 3 fresh salmons from the fresh market at Bull Ring... It looks very tasty. I think it was going to be for dinner. But because we were all so hungry and so anxious to eat and taste the salmon for the first time(kira mcm siakap la ni). Seabass, seabream and mackerel I've taste all of them.Seabass is 'siakap' and seabream is 'abang siakap'. When we go to the market I always said that I want a salmon but Abah said that it was not tasty. But this time Abah bought it because his friend said that it was nice.
